#59: Abuse, Divorce and Finding Yourself Again with Rimsha Warda

In this week’s episode, Rimsha Warda shares her story and how she navigated an abusive relationship that ended in divorce. You’d think it’s not the happiest topic, but what is so captivating is Rimsha’s joy as she shares her healing journey. Her self discovery along the way and how it has changed the way she sees herself is incredibly uplifting. Tune in to learn more about Rimsha and how you can find your joy, even in dark times.

Rimsha is a Shamana, Medicine Woman and a healer. Born and raised in Pakistan, Rimsha moved to the US when she was 14. Her spiritual awakening (or as she likes to call wounds awakening) happened when she woke up one day, listened to the spirit that was loud and clear, and moved to Nepal as a young 17 year old. This is where her healing began. She has traveled to over 28 countries to search for herself. During this period, she got lost in the masculine world first as an aerospace engineer then as a US Marine Officer until her nervous system completely fried and she was forced to face the wounds that she first discovered as a young woman in Nepal. She deeply cares for the awakening of the collective so that we can stop going to war with each other as well as ourselves, and all remember that we are God's consciousness living a human experience. We CAN in fact live a beautiful, prosperous, heck even luxurious life even as a spiritual guide.
